What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Samos Jewelry piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
